BlueWorld Global has achieved the standard for the Microsoft Business Solutions Competency. Last year Microsoft changed the standard of competency that it’s official reseller/partners had to undergo, to make sure that they could give advice and support customers correctly regarding the Microsoft Dynamics products. The deadline for all partners was 30th June 2009. BlueWorld Global welcomed this move has it meant that the advice given by partners should be relatively consistent and create a stronger professional Microsoft Business Solution Channel. BlueWorld Global has achieved those standards with all staff passing through a process of training and examinations with Microsoft Dynamics SL V7.0 so all Consultancy staff will have passed as a minimum Microsoft Dynamics SL Financials and others will have added Dynamics SL Projects, Customization and Inventory. There was a requirement to have a Microsoft Dynamics SQL specialists and this has been done and in many areas we have more than one specialist. Whilst this has been a heavy investment in time and money, especially in the current economic climate we believe this means our team will be in a strong position to take advantage of any upturn. Also when choosing a partner do you want to take the risk on advice from partners who have not made this investment or do not have the Microsoft Competency as required?
