Sure Step is the planning and implementation methodology designed by Microsoft to ensure transparency and that project goals are met.  The  flowchart below highlights the phases of a project from small engagements to large implementations.  Each phase is defined by purposes, goals and objectives.  The level of detail of each project, phase and document can be customised for each client to facilitate their business processes and project requirements.  All of our consultants are trained in the SureStep methodology.
